An infusion of forest floor wild harvested cedar leaf, sticky resinous balm of gilead (poplar bud) and balsam fir in unrefined organic hemp oil, with a touch of rosewood, pine needle, cypress and patchouli to bring you the truest aroma of damp forest floor.
Cedar~ also called arbor vitae [Latin, “tree of life”]One of the things the Canadian West Coast is known internationally for is their unbelievable old growth cedar. Abundant & glowing green, there are many areas where one can look up to the sky and see cedar almost touching the stars. Ours is sustainably wildcrafted then laid out to dry on the rocks in the ocean under protective Arbutus trees, on private property on Gabriola Island, BC.

Whenever I start feeling out of sorts, one of the best remedies is a walk in the woods. Though any time out in nature is helpful, what I really crave in those moments is the smell of wood, dark soil, coniferous needles, and damp leaves, which is hard to come by for so many months of the year here in Alberta. Forest Bathing beautifully captures that whole symphony of smells and gets me through until the forests awaken again. This one‘a a soul-saver.
