Go Away Jitters! Kids Anxiety Roller

Roll away the jitters with this aromatherapy blend created specifically for youth who are experiencing new or sometimes unmanageable anxiety.

For those experiencing panic attacks, anxiety, dissociation, fear, worry and feeling out of control.

Apply to the wrists, temples, back of the neck and top of the head for a cooling, tingly sensation to bring you back to your body in the present moment. Inhale the aroma to calm the breath, clear the mind and slow racing thoughts.

Lavender, chamomile, vetiver  & cedarwood work as an anxiolytic (an anxiety reliever) and as a sedative, to increase relaxation and calm, and help bring about sleep. Lavender interacts with the neurotransmitter GABA to help quiet the brain and nervous system activity, reducing agitation, anger, aggression, and restlessness. Peppermint, wintergreen & eucalyptus bring a tingling sensation when applied, in turn “shocking” the brain & thought pattern back to the present.

Rose quartz has been placed in each bottle to give the kids some extra love, and make a small satisfying “clink/sand” sound when they fidget with it, to help distract from uncomfortable feelings in the moment.
