Ground, root and center with this wild harvested blend of pine bud, pine needle, white oak bark, white willow bark, chaga and reishi mushroom, juniper berry, ashwagandha, urva ursi (bearberry).

These plant allies are used to clear the mind, detox the body, improve the immune system, reduce pain & inflammation and bring peace to the heart & soul.

Steep 1 tablespoon in boiling water and drink hot, as needed.
