Especially lovely for tension held around the temples, forehead, scalp and base of the skull, or when stuffiness and seasonal congestion leave the head feeling heavy.
Roll gently onto the temples, forehead, scalp and base of the skull as needed. Avoid the eyes and surrounding area.

I suffer from chronic migraines, both with and without aura. I was skeptical that any natural product could help me, but I couldn’t resist trying.
