creosote bush, inner white willow bark, hemp oil
$22.00
A naturally soothing topical oil consisting of but two of natures strongest pain management plant allies.
One of the oldest known living plants is the “King Clone” creosote bush in the desert, estimated at over 10,000 years old. Also called Larrea tridentate, chaparral, and greasewood, it has been used as an herbal medicine for centuries, specifically for its anti-inflammatory affects on rheumatism and general arthritis.
Willow bark has been used for thousands of years as an anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, and analgesic. The active agent within willow bark is salicin, which would later form the basis of the discovery of aspirin. The multi-component active principle of willow bark provides a broader mechanism of action than aspirin and is devoid of serious adverse events. In contrast to synthetic aspirin, willow bark does not damage the gastrointestinal mucosa.
Essential oil free, this oil is a strong infusion of creosote bush & white willow bark, infused in unrefined organic hemp oil. Apply a few drops to affected areas as needed.
15ml amber glass apothecary dropper bottle
