Kräuterrauch Perfume ~ Herb Smoke

CAD $30.00

Bitter Green Smoke • Ancient Forest Resin • Charred Oakwood

In old German folk practice, perfumes weren’t purely for adornment; they were protective, cleansing, and meant to fortify body and spirit. Apothecaries and Kräuterfrauen blended resins, woods, and healing herbs believed to purify the air, ease breathing, and calm the soul.

A sacred forest perfume of ancestral German plants, born of firelight, old wood, and bitter green.

Kräuterrauch, meaning herb smoke, carries the breath of sacred plants once burned in ritual to cleanse, to protect, to call the spirit home.

Crafted from ancestral German herbs, this is a scent of forest rites and stone hearths, of cloaks hung with smoke and roots drying in the rafters. It is worn with purpose. For solitude. For strength. For remembrance.

The opening stirs with the rising vapour of green protection:

Beifuß (mugwort) for dreamwalking and guarding the spirit, Wacholderbeere (juniper berry) for clarity and edge, Salbei (sage) for breath and boundary & Baldrianwurzel (valerian root) for descent into stillness.

The heart kindles a sacred bundle of herb and resin:

Wermut (wormwood) for inner fire and vision, Heu (wild hay) for harvest and memory, Fichtenharz (spruce resin) for sacred forest breath & Kiefernnadel (pine needle) for sharp green clarity.

The base settles deep into the roots and smoke of old earth:

Eichenholz (oak wood) for strength and lineage, Eichenmoos (oakmoss) for forest floor and ancestral ground, Birkenpech (birch tar) for fire and transformation, Myrrh for stillness and sanctity & Vetiver for root, shadow, and return.

A perfume to protect, to awaken, to call the sacred forth, anoint the pulse points, the palms, the threshold.

Wear during ritual, deep rest, or when walking between worlds.

10ml amber glass apothecary roller bottle
