A soothing mineral mist for tired bodies, restless legs and the end of a long day.

Magnesium is commonly used topically for tight, tired muscles, occasional cramping and physical tension. This lighter mist makes it easy to apply wherever needed, particularly to the legs and feet before bed.

We add Plai, an aromatic member of the ginger family traditionally used in Thai herbalism for sore, overworked muscles and physical discomfort.

Cooling, mineral rich and beautifully simple, it is a lovely bedside companion when the body has trouble settling.

Mist onto the legs, feet or areas of muscular tension and gently massage into the skin. Especially lovely before bedtime.
