Nervous system regulators are used to help one feel more calm, grounded & soothe shaky, frazzled feelings. Providing fast acting results, this can be used at times of overactive thought processing & to help coat the nerves in turn soothing the mind, body & spirit.
Gentle nervine relaxant plant allies of milky oats, lemonbalm, motherwort, chamomile, peppermint, tulsi basil, linden, catnip & lavender can help soothe the nervous system without causing extra stimuli or grogginess.
Add 1tbsp to boiling water, allow to steep for a minimum of 15mins & enjoy as needed.
