Nightmare Away Mist

Back by popular request, our best selling nightmare mist blend is excellent for dispelling nightmares and terrors.

Originally created when my own son was experiencing awful night terrors, he would spray this around his room to help fall asleep; when he awoke with night terrors I would mist his hair and pillow (it’s not recommended to hold or touch someone during these episodes) and they would stop.

For people of any age, this blend of lavender, cypress, cedarwood, sage, bergamot and marjoram is extremely calming, relaxing and grounding, promoting a deep restful sleep.

Mist onto the self, bed and space prior to retiring for the night.
