Old Growth Forest Perfume

“There are no medium-sized trees in the deep forest. There are only the towering ones, whose canopy spreads across the sky.  Below, in the gloom, there’s light for nothing but mosses and ferns.  But when a giant falls, leaving a little space …then there’s a race – between the trees on either side, who want to spread out, and the seedlings below, who race to grow up.  Sometimes, you can make your own space.” – Terry Pratchett, Small Gods

Created from my personal experiences in the woods; my Gods, my cathedral, my sanctuary, the place I hold space for myself in. Deep shadows, creaking bending trunks, cracking branches, damp moss, closed skies, entwined roots, all consuming deep damp old growth forest. Revered enchantment of ancient redwood, cedars, firs, pines and other damp green earthly incantations.

This scent is feral and it’s raging and it’s protective and it’s enveloping and it’s sacred and it is safe. I am honored to share this space with you.

100% Vegan, synthetic and nut free, wildcrafted and sustainably sourced ingredients.

10ml amber glass roller bottle in a recycled kraft brown box.

I was given this give by a friend of mine and I love it.
For context: I’ve been a city dweller for forty years. Been a computer nerd all my life and have a desk job doing data entry. I’ve only recently discovered this thing they call “nature” and it blew my mind. For the last few months, I’ve spent many weekends out hiking with my friend and just enjoying the outdoors. It’s amazing but during the week I still have to work at my desk job.
Well, my friend gave me this perfume to use a work so I can always have a little bit of nature with me. On my most stressful days I use just a touch of this perfume and it brings into the woods. The smell is perfect. It really is just like a pine forest. It’s everything the description says it is and more. I highly recommend it.
