Wet Earth • Crisp Air • Vibrant Green

Petrichor: the earthy scent produced when rain falls on dry soil. The word was coined from Greek Petros, meaning “stone”, and ichor, meaning “the fluid that flows in the veins of the gods”.

Step outside following a storm after a dry spell and it invariably hits you: the sweet, fresh, powerfully evocative smell of fresh rain.

A bouquet of scent, this is a comforting & soothing blend of musty damp earth, crisp air & vibrant green.

When the world seems to sigh with pleasure, we’re able to breathe in a little more deeply, savoring the smells in return.

Be seduced by the scent following a downpour; this smells like a secret, like poetry, like cocooning; this smells like home. An earthy, mesmerizing, reminiscent scent, especially when feeling sluggish for a most decadent self care experience.

“…fragrant of rain and the rain-sodden earth gave forth its mortal odour, a faint incense rising upward through the mould from many hearts.” ~ James Joyce, 1916

  1. Meg

The most accurate petrichor fragrance I’ve ever worn. Absolutely beautiful and addictive. Has a very slight sweetness to it and it’s divine. I keep sniffing myself haha.
