A pure, highly concentrated magnesium oil for topical use.

Magnesium oil is commonly applied to tired, tight or overworked muscles and is especially lovely massaged into the legs and feet after a long day. Traditionally used for muscle tension, occasional cramps, restless legs and physical weariness, it also makes a simple addition to an evening routine before sleep.

Apply a small amount directly to the skin and gently massage in. A little goes a long way.

A temporary tingling sensation may occur, particularly on sensitive or freshly shaved skin.

As this is PURE 100% non diluted magnesium oil we’ve made from magnesium salts, please be mindful of this when applying as only a tiny amount is needed.
