Cough • Dampness • Irritation

Some virus’ can destroy the cells & their capacity to move mucus up and out of the lungs, which can accumulation into lung tissues.

After much research & following how other world renowned herbalists are helping soothe these issues for the past few years, we’ve learned about & personally utilized potent plant allies that have been reported to prevent hypoxia-induced oxidative damage, increase intracellular oxygen diffusion & increase the efficiency of oxygen utilization. In layman’s terms, these studies have shown to help reduce coughs.

We’ve taken this information as well as our previous herbal training & what our ancestors have used to create this formulation of soothing plant allies of elecampane, desmodium, usnea, sweet annie, cistus, mullein, yarrow, ginger, nettle & lemonbalm.

Add 1 tablespoon to hot water, allow to infuse for 10 minutes, up to 6x per day during times of new or chronic coughs, phlegm & fluid accumulation, dryness, allergies & other cough producing states. Adding honey may help bring an extra calming, soothing effect as well as bring a more palpable taste.

Medications like corticosteroids & others that are used to try and reduce inflammation should always be considered with prolonged issues. Always consult with a qualified healthcare practitioner before using any herbal products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have an existing medical condition, have allergies to any ingredients, or are on any medications.
