Created during the February’s full snow moon, which represents the second chapter of the new year. It represents a time to come out of our rest and hibernation, a time where our intentions for the year begin to manifest and with it a new season (spring) of change.

The Blue Lotus in Buddhism is the symbol of the victory of the spirit over the senses, of intelligence and wisdom, of knowledge. It is generally represented as a partially opened bud, whose center is unseen, the embodiment of the “perfection of wisdom”. The Lotus flower is regarded in many different cultures, especially in eastern religions, as a symbol of purity, enlightenment, self-regeneration and rebirth. Its characteristics are a perfect analogy for the human condition: even when its roots are in the dirtiest waters, the Lotus produces the most beautiful flower. And it has rightfully earned its place in the history books as one of the most wonderful and significant flowers we have access to. The blue lotus provides a mild sense of tranquility and euphoria, along with an altered sense of awareness. Blue lotus is used for its ability to enhance meditative and introspective practices. Some also report a pleasant feeling of warmth around the head and upper body and a dream like feeling, as if life itself were a waking dream.

Sweet Gale (Bog Myrtle, Myrica Gale) is a rare herb that has a natural sweet, succulent aroma.
