A calming bedtime soft soak blend created specifically for youth who are experiencing new or sometimes unmanageable anxiety, finding a hard time to be brave to go to bed, or feeling extremely restless.

Soak in warm/hot water for 20 minutes if possible for a quick boost of bedtime bravery & to bring you back to your body in the present moment. Inhale the aroma to calm the breath, clear the mind and slow racing thoughts.

Oatmeal is amazing to bathe in, especially during the colder, dryer months. It helps provide soothing relief for dry skin, rashes, hives and other everyday skin irritation due to its healthy fat content. Oats also contain natural cleansers that help keep pores free of impurities and proteins that help skin maintain its natural moisture barrier, making it great for kids who don’t like the feeling of lotions & creams being applied to their skin.

Baking Soda a natural exfoliator that helps keep areas like knees, elbows, and heels soft, smooth, and free of buildup, meaning the body won’t need to be scrubbed as aggressively, which can aggravate anxiety.

Epsom a naturally occurring mineral compound made up of magnesium and sulfate. Not only are epsom salts calming and soothing to the skin, they also help children regulate their senses through the use of magnesium. Epsom Salts contain high amounts of magnesium which assist in detoxifying the body and revitalizing the bodies natural minerals.

Lavender, patchouli, cedarwood & chamomile work as an anxiolytic (an anxiety reliever) and as a sedative, to increase relaxation and calm, and help bring about sleep.
