I have had intense hot flashes for the past 6 years. I find this elixer helps cut down on the intensity and frequency of the hot flashes and I’m so thankful for that! I’ve tried many, many things and this is definitely the most effective.
Also, when a hot flash comes on dopamine levels drop. I knew one was coming when I would all of a sudden feel awful. I never get those feelings taking this tincture.
All in all a wonderful, very helpful product!
